About Me
I am an experienced audiobook narrator with a home studio located in lovely Monterey, CA. I love to narrate literary and historical fiction, romance/romantasy, and YA novels. I am a stage veteran, and a member of APA and PANA.
I was born and raised in Southwest Michigan, where my love for performing began by singing at our local community theater.
I am a classically trained mezzo-soprano, though my true passion lies in the world of musical theater.
I may have taken a break from the stage, but you can always count me in for some carpool karaoke!
A few years ago, I decided to leave the winter weather behind and make a fresh start in sunny California. I am a gemologist by trade and spent 15 years in the jewelry industry, writing appraisals and purchasing gemstones.
Reading has always been one of my greatest joys, and in my quest to share this love with my children, I discovered the enchanting world of audiobooks.
Now, my typical day is a mix of recording, navigating the “tween” years with my twins, and caring for our menagerie of 5 cats, 3 dogs, a corn snake, and 20 chickens.
In my free time, I love to travel with my husband. We are looking forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary in Spain this summer – it promises to be an unforgettable adventure!
Thank you for taking the time to read about my journey. I look forward to connecting with you!
